The polyacrylamide series of Gongyi filter industry Co., Ltd. include cationic polyacrylamide, anionic polyacrylamide and non-ionic polyacrylamide. So what is the basic factor to decide which type of cationic polyacrylamide should be selected?
Whether it is dyeing, papermaking, food, construction or metallurgy, mineral processing, coal powder, oil fields, desliming machine is indispensable in the desliming process of industrial wastewater treatment. The commonly used desliming equipment includes plate and frame filter press, high-speed centrifuge, stacked screw centrifuge, crawler filter, etc. according to different water quality and different equipment, the selected cationic polyacrylamide model is not the same. Generally, low molecular weight amide with ionic degree less than 30 is more suitable for crawler filter press, because the use of high molecular weight amide in crawler filter press is easy to cause filter cloth blockage and reduce dehydration rate. If the centrifuge type desliming equipment is used, the amide with high molecular weight should be selected, and the floc is more resistant to shear. If the stacked screw centrifuge is used, the amide with 30 and 40 ionic degrees is more suitable. If the high-speed centrifuge is used, the amide with 40 and 50 ionic degrees can be selected. In addition, the plate and frame filter press is most suitable to use 20 and 30 ionic degrees. The best desliming effect can be obtained only when the appropriate cationic amide is matched with the appropriate equipment. The dosage of cationic amide used in different industries is also different: 30g-100g wet sludge for coal washing; printing and dyeing wastewater and papermaking wastewater need 100g-300g; electroplating wastewater and ordinary industrial water need only 50g; but 3kg-4kg dry sludge for municipal sludge dewatering.
